2012 marks the ten-year anniversary of the existence of the International Criminal Court (ICC). This significant milestone provides an opportunity to review and discuss the work of the ICC—its impact, successes and challenges over the past decade—with a view to anticipating what can the Court expect in the next decade, including with regard to ICC-US.
